Return & Refund Policy
At BioHacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our memory and brain supplements. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, we offer a 60-day return policy to ensure that you have plenty of time to evaluate its effects.
How to Request a Return
If you'd like to initiate a return, simply contact our support team at contact@biohacks.shop within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and any relevant details about the product you're returning as well as some photos if possible.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@biohacks.shop. We’ll assess the issue and make it right, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you’ve received and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the correct item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. The returned item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@biohacks.shop.
